Accommodation can be booked using the registration site.
Attendees can choose between four options:

***SUP: this option refers to Hotel Victoria,
a three-star hotel which is situated directly in front of the venue of the conference;

***: by choosing this option, you choose to book a room at a three-star hotel.
The organizers will allocate you to one of the following hotels:
Hotel Roma & Rocca Cavour, Best Western Hotel Gran Mogol, Hotel Des Artistes.

**: by choosing this option, you choose to book a room at a two-star hotel.
The organizers will allocate you to one of the following hotels:
Hotel Bologna, Hotel Montevecchio.

Residenza Universitaria Cavour: this accommodation is reserved for students
and those requiring inexpensive accommation (the decision of to which
delegates are most in need of inexpensive accommodation will be made by
the organizing committee).
The rates associated with each option can be found on the registration site.
Hotel bills must be paid directly to the hotel.
Receipts for accommodation will be issued directly by the hotel.
The hotels accept all major credit cards, while delegates staying at Residenza Cavour will have to pay cash.
Reservation guarantee/cancellation policy:
If cancellation occurs after September 4th, the cost of one night will be charged as a cancellation fee.
The amount will be deducted from your registration fee.
Attendees are advised to book as soon as possibile,
as activity for the preparation of the Winter Olympics at Turin
at the start of 2006 may result in increased demand for accommodation.
